Cancellation of a conference booking for Cyber Security Forum 2011 between 1 August 2011 and 1 September 2011 will incur a cancellation charge of 50%. Cancellation after 1 September 2011 will incur a cancellation charge equal to the full amount payable. Please note – once the invoice has been raised, and or fee paid, any cancellations should be made in writing by email to Media Symposia.
Conference places are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis and can only be considered as confirmed once payment is received by Media Symposia. In the event of the conference becomes full after payment has been made a full refund will be made and your name placed on the waiting list. Media Symposia’s decision on whom to assign conference places is final and reserves the right to refuse entry to the event.
Programme agenda details are correct at the time of the opening of the booking system but Media Symposia cannot be held responsible for any changes / alterations or cancellations by speakers and participants which may occur. Please note that Media Symposia reserves the right to cancel the conference if minimum numbers are not reached. Advance notification will be given should this occur.
Email addresses of conference participants may be requested by the conference sponsors, the conference partners and official supporters on the condition that they are not passed to further third parties and marketing agencies. This service to sponsoring organisations can be crucial in gaining their financial support. By paying to attend the Cyber Security Forum 2011 you agree to the following statement: I confirm I am happy for my details to be held on the Media Symposia database and to be passed to the Cyber Security Forum 2011 conference sponsors, partners and supporters and I am content for Media Symposia to send me messages via email. If you do not agree to this statement please notify us by email us at info@MediaSymposia using the subject heading Opt Out and your details will not be passed to anyone.
